In most cases, your initial proof gallery will be ready within 3-5 business days. It will be active for 14 days.

Your initial proof gallery images will - in most cases - not be edited prior to your viewing. We find that most clients prefer to see the gallery ASAP and would rather be able to make their final order selections from the widest variety of images possible.

Every ordered image will be carefully edited and presented to you in a final gallery prior to any physical product order. Editing begins once your order is finalized.  

Absolutely! Images are generally presented in a 4x6 (2:3) crop ratio. As such, please know that any image ordered as a 5x7, 8x10 (4:5 crop ratio), etc will have some cropping take place.

Since we only present images that are tack sharp and of the highest resolution, you may also choose to crop an image significantly closer than what is presented. You may also wish to turn a vertical/portrait image into a tighter horizontal/landscape pic for a more dramatic look.

Often it is helpful to know how much room you have around an image to work with (especially when choosing images for a canvas gallery wrap), which is why we don’t generally crop prior to your proof gallery upload. We want to give you the most flexible options!

If you have any concern about how an image will look once cropped, please let us know and we can show you a cropped version prior to your order being placed.

OMG - yes! We LOVE black and white images!

While you may only be presented with a color version of an image, know that every photo may be ordered in black and white.

The Ordering Appointment is a 60 minute meeting held either virtually by phone/Zoom/FaceTime - or in-person at the High Falls studio. We'll begin by reviewing the images in your boudoir session proof gallery that you've selected as favorites for your album. Album upgrade options will be discussed. We'll then go over every à la carte item and answer any and all questions you may have, so don’t be afraid to ask something!

You're already doing it! In addition to taking some time to review the à la carte menu, really sit and think about how you'd like to remember your boudoir experience. Will you be gifting the images, or are they for your own amazing personal self? Would you like to upgrade your album to a bigger size or include more images? Are you looking to order a stunning black and white wall portrait, or perhaps own the high-resolution files so you can digitally archive your images forever? 

It's also important to think about your personal budget AND any timeline needed if you are gifting items. Some orders can be expedited easier than others. We can go over it all.

Your initial proof gallery will be active for 14 days, so ideally you'll have your order placed prior to that deadline. If you need extra time - or would like your gallery reactivated at a later date so a gift recipient can see all the pics - we offer one complimentary 2-week reactivation. After that, there is a $50 fee for all extensions or reactivations, refunded with a placed à la carte order.

Payment can be made via PayPal, cash, or personal check. For orders $500 and over, payments may be made by installments. All prints, products, and digital files will be ordered or uploaded upon receipt of final payment.

How about today! The only thing better than working with a client now is being excited about working with them AGAIN. We would love to offer you a complimentary mini session so you can keep it sexy. The only catch is that it must be held within 6 months of your last session. A $50 date retainer is required, but it goes directly to your order after the shoot. We don't need to pick a date right now, but the retainer is needed so we make sure to reserve studio time for you.
